If our location in Fareham is convenient for you we'd be delighted to see you to order and/or collect your goods, but for most we dispatch orders using courier services.

Where we deliver 

All over the UK including non mainland locations for which a premium is charged.  We cannot deliver to a PO box.

Signing for goods is essential

The courier services that we use require a signature to confirm that the goods have been delivered in a satisfactory condition. If you specifically request that the driver leaves the goods in a designated place and without a signature, then we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage.

Cost of delivery / FREE over £125 - excluding oversize or bulky items

Net order value means excluding VAT & delivery cost. The table of costs below applies only to orders placed on the website.  It does not apply to oversize or bulky items for which delivery cost is given in the product information and added to the basket on checkout.

When will my order reach me. Please note that we are open over the Christmas & New Year Break.

Within a day or two. If you require next day delivery please order by 2pm AND request it in the comments field when you check out or by calling us on Freephone 0800 917 4086 Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. If it's after 2pm and you call us we can still often accommodate you.
