Unwanted Goods
At The Display Centre we want you to be
happy with every purchase that you make. Sometimes you need to see an item in the flesh to decide whether it suits you and for this reason we offer a 14 Day No Quibble,
Returns policy.
If you find that your purchase is not quite what you wanted then simply
return it to us in 'as new' condition and in the original packaging
within 14 days for a full refund. This is, of course, providing that
the product was not 'sold as seen' or specially sourced/made for you.
It is advisable to let us know, in advance, that you are returning
your purchase so that our warehouse is ready to receive it. If it is
more convenient for you to
have the goods collected by us then this can be arranged and the cost
will simply be deducted from your refund.
Delivery / packing charges are non-refundable and the customer is
liable for the cost of returning the goods.
Our policy is more genereous than UK
legislation requires (The
Distance Selling Regulations give customers, who have ordered by
telephone or on the internet, the right to change their mind
and to
cancel an order within seven working days) because we know that it is
not always convenient to return something within 7 days and we want you
to feel completely confident about ordering online from us.
Refunds
If you made a payment by card for your order then your refund will be
put back onto the same card within 24 hours of the goods being received
back at our warehouse. If you used a discount code, or any other
discount has been applied to your order, then the refund will be for the amount including the discount.
Please note, that the initial carriage and packaging charge is only
refundable for faulty goods, incorrect orders or orders
cancelled prior to dispatch.
Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to create a new order (either
online or over the phone) for the replacement and return the original
purchase as per the Unwanted Goods section above.
Incorrect or Faulty Item
If the item you received is not what you ordered or faulty, please
contact customer services within 48 hours of receipt quoting your order
number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason
for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will
then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from
receipt of the incorrect or faulty item to return it to us. Products
returned because they were incorrect or faulty will be refunded in full
excluding any discounts applied at time of sale, including a refund of
the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred
by you in returning the item to us.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects
your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have
with us.
