This bag is made from non-woven polypropylene (NWPP), a material that is strong, flexible, washable, available in a wide variety of colours and is completely recyclable (usually into car dashboards).

It is not biodegradable but then the whole point is that you carry on using it. With a capcity of 22 litre the bag replaces 3 to 4 thin supermarket carriers and should last for 2 years. Its block bottom base measures 20cm by 27cm and its stands 31cm high. It has 6 compartments sewn inside to make it ideal for carrying bottles home or for taking bottles to the recycling centre. Strong enough to carry 6 bottles (even large fizzy drink bottles) with ease.

This bag is only available in black and its message reads: go green bottle bag on both sides.
